Mr. Manniello has made numerous appearances before the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. There he has argued complex issues including usury, waiver and the effect of a notice of pendency. Both the bench and bar have cited favorable decisions issued in those matters.
Mr. Manniello is a former member of the USFN a national organization of attorneys servicing America’s mortgage banking industry wherein he was chair of the legal issues committee and regularly wrote and lectured on mortgage lending and foreclosure related issues. He has lectured on mortgage foreclosure in the New York State Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Program and served on the committee which brought about development of a dedicated mortgage foreclosure part in the Supreme Court, Kings County.
Mr. Manniello participated in the development of standardized motion papers and orders in that court and consulted court personnel on mortgage foreclosures.
