Nowhere, is the creativity of Roach & Lin, P.C. better demonstrated than in REO Sales, where our knowledge of title insurance and relationships with Title Insurers, truly set us apart. We often avoid serious delays in the closing, such as the need for a “Strict Foreclosure”, saving our clients thousands of dollars in the carrying costs they would otherwise incur.
Roach & Lin, P.C. represents financial institutions and private lenders in residential and commercial loan transactions. We will clear title, obtain all needed documents and review the loan documents to ensure they comply with all Federal, State and Local law. We will travel, should your customer require us to close outside of our office and we pride ourselves on our responsiveness, flexibility and our ability to close at a moment’s notice so your customer has a pleasant experience.
