Since 1988, Mr. Roach has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at St. John’s Law School. He has taught students in the following classes:

  • Title Examination in New York and Foreclosure and Repossession in New York, both published by Lorman Educational Services.

  • His article, Bundled Real Estate Services and Closing Cost Estimate: Give Clients a Straight Answer, was published by the New York Real Property Law Journal, a publication distributed by the NY State Bar Association. That article went on to be republished by DeNovo, the St. John’s University School of Law Alumni Magazine.

Since a large portion of our practice consists of mortgage foreclosure, we are experienced in both the substance of Short Sales as well as the procedures utilized by the payoff banks processing the Short Sale applications.
